I started with a standard phone screening where the conversation centered on the basics of my background and fit for the Software Engineer role.

That was followed by a more comprehensive follow-up, and then I went straight into an hour-long technical interview held onsite. It was conducted with members of the interviewing team, so there wasn’t a lot of buffering or small talk—just focused discussion and problem-solving.

Overall the experience felt easy and straightforward. The scheduling and progression made it feel efficient, and the onsite technical time seemed to be the main checkpoint. I didn’t end up with an offer, but it didn’t feel adversarial; it felt like a clear, structured evaluation of whether I could do the work.
