I went through three rounds: an HR call, a hiring-team phone conversation, and then a virtual on-site.

The HR round lasted about 45 minutes, and the hiring team round was also around 45 minutes.

The virtual on-site was the longest part. It started with a presentation, then included two technical conversations, a behavioral segment, and feedback at the end of the day. The schedule ran from 9 to 5, and there was a one-hour break in the middle, which helped, but it still felt like a long commitment.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, the structure was consistent and “day-like,” and it felt like a real effort to evaluate me across multiple dimensions.
