Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Software Engineer interview experience

A week later I had a technical call with a small hiring team. It lasted about fifty minutes and stayed squarely focused on the role, with multiple interviewers asking technical questions and building in time for me to ask them questions back.

From there, the rest of the process became a bigger commitment. I had a longer set of phone interviews that included time where the conversation turned very technical and then moved into programming tasks. One session involved doing a C code task quickly by email with a short turnaround, and another programming step was handled by the hiring manager.
