After a recruiter touchpoint, I ended up doing two online rounds for a software engineering role tied to the power engineering group.

The first was an HR screening conversation, then I had a separate discussion with an engineer from the team. The engineering interview ran a bit over half an hour and felt more involved than the HR screen, with a real back-and-forth instead of a generic checklist.

What stood out to me most was the overall tone. The interview felt friendly from start to finish, and I didn’t get that feeling of being rushed or interrogated. I never received an offer, but the whole experience came across as well-run, and the communication between steps felt smoother than a lot of processes I’d seen.
