Andover, MAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first round was very conversational, and it centered on walking through my resume rather than anything overly formal or stressful.

I was asked to talk through my role in certain projects and the experiences that supported my fit for the position.

We also discussed the role in the context of what current interns were dealing with, and the tone stayed relaxed enough that I didn’t feel like I was being grilled. Overall, it matched an easy difficulty level, and it felt like a discussion that tried to understand how I thought and communicated as much as what I’d done.
