Athens, TXPosted Jul 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed in a conference room in Athens, and the panel was pretty compact: two managers and an HR representative.

We started with me introducing myself, then I went into detail on the projects I’d led across internships and contractor work. From there, the conversation shifted into logistics and process, especially how I thought about digitizing work inside a Distribution Center.

They asked for my strategies and how I’d approach implementing advanced digitization, and it stayed grounded in practical thinking rather than abstract theory. I also appreciated that they made space for me to ask questions about the role itself, so it wasn’t just a one-way discussion.

Overall it felt like an experience
