My process ramped up quickly after the initial screening.

First I went through an online assessment along with an on-demand video interview. Once I passed that stage, the next part was an assessment center where I was given a case study and had to generate suggestions and present them while being evaluated throughout the discussion.

The overall format felt like a structured, multi-round day. After each section, people were eliminated based on performance, and the rounds happened in the same day so it moved fast. I remember how guided it felt between rounds, but the case-study work itself required you to stay engaged the whole time since evaluation
