Schneider Electric Software Engineer interview experience

It was the coldest experience I’d had—HR basically only contacted me via emails and messages about scheduling, and there was no feedback afterward. I was genuinely disappointed given the company’s reputation.

The questions were behavioral and centered on teamwork, how I handled challenges, and how I’d describe my strengths and areas to improve. There wasn’t much back-and-forth with people, so I relied on the prompts alone, and that made the process feel more mechanical than human.
