Salesforce Software Engineer interview experience

After I finished the final round interviews, I waited more than three months to hear anything back.

The technical interview itself felt good, but the process afterward turned frustrating. A behavioral interviewer came across as very rude, and the recruiter went quiet for long stretches while still giving the impression there’d be movement.

By the time I realized there was no clear timeline, the overall experience felt much harder than the technical parts. In the end, I didn’t get an offer, and my biggest takeaway was less about the technical questions and more about how the communication breakdown dragged out the uncertainty.
