My Salesforce process moved through online, then online interviews, and finally onto onsite interviews.

I remember it felt generally fair, and the people I spoke with had a good attitude, including managers who were nice.

Even with that positive tone, I didn’t get selected, and it seemed like the decision was simply to continue with other candidates rather than a vague “not yet” situation. The whole experience reinforced how important it was to be solid on algorithms and LeetCode-style practice so the interview doesn’t turn into scrambling.

In the end, I took it as a reality check: the process was respectful, but the technical depth had to be there for me to move forward.
