San Francisco, CAPosted Jul 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ended up with roughly a three-week interview timeline at Salesforce, and it moved through a pretty standard sequence of stages.

It started with a recruiter call, then I met a manager for a session that included a real scenario-style component. After that, there was a final conversation with a director before everything culminated in a written offer.

The technical expectations in my loop weren’t framed as anything exotic. The early round was an assessment on HackerRank with two LeetCode-style medium questions, and after that I had a coding interview with an engineer that lasted about 45 minutes and was also LeetCode-like. Alongside the technical work, I had a resume-focused interview and some behavioral discussion.
