My loop for the senior frontend role ended up being extremely compact.

I did a JavaScript coding round first, then a system design round, and finally a hiring manager conversation.

The last round felt mostly like a standard discussion of my frontend background along with a walk-through of past projects, and the overall vibe was straightforward. The whole loop took about one day, which surprised me—there wasn’t any long waiting around or lots of separate hurdles.

I ended up receiving an offer. Looking back, what stood out wasn’t just the speed; it was that each step mapped cleanly from JS fundamentals to design thinking to how I explained my experience.
