Salesforce Software Engineer interview experience

It was a timed online coding test and the focus was on problem solving along with data structures and basic algorithms.

At that point, I hadn’t finished the full process yet, so I was still waiting to see what the next rounds would look like. The main thing I remember was that it felt like an initial filter—structured and timed—rather than an extended back-and-forth interview.

Since I hadn’t reached the later stages yet, I couldn’t judge the full difficulty curve. What I could say was that the first screen was enough to make the process feel real, and I was left watching for what came after.
