Bellevue, WAPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After clearing the HackerRank screen, I had two back-to-back interviews that felt pretty tightly scheduled.

The first one was a 1-hour technical round where I solved two LeetCode-medium style array problems. Once I got the answers, I walked through the time and space complexities and also discussed optimizations, and then I filled the remaining time by explaining my thinking out loud.

Right after that, I went straight into a 45-minute behavioral and resume-focused conversation. That part ended on a good note, and overall the interviewers felt engaged rather than adversarial. Two days later I received a verbal offer, which was honestly a relief after the intensity of the back-to-back format.
