I went through an OA first, and once I cleared that I had two technical rounds.

One of them was a DSA round and the other was an LLD round, so I was dealing with both the algorithmic side and the more design-oriented thinking.

After the technical rounds, I had a really uncomfortable conversation with a senior VP. The dynamic felt tense and unfair in how the questions and tone came across, and it ended up being the most difficult part of the process emotionally. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and leaving that round, it was hard not to feel like the outcome was influenced by something beyond performance.
