Salesforce Software Engineer interview experience

Early on, things felt more normal and structured, but the last two rounds became more behavioral than technical, and the panel seemed a bit rigid about how answers were expected to land.

What threw me off was the sense that they favored one style of response and weren’t as open to different ways of thinking. Even though the topics were still relevant to the role, it felt harder to adapt midstream than I expected.

I didn’t receive an offer. I left feeling like the earlier parts were manageable, but the behavioral portion didn’t quite match how I naturally explained my perspective.
