My Salesforce recruiting process started with a technical interview connected to an online assessment, and it felt pretty straightforward.

Instead of jumping straight into coding again, the interviewers focused a lot on my thought process while solving the OA questions.

I remember it being pretty calm overall—not stressful at all. The recruiting timeline described for me was about one month end to end, and the people I spoke with felt friendly. The key vibe was that I could explain how I reasoned through the problems, not just whether I got to an answer.

I ended up receiving an offer. Looking back, what made the experience stand out was how “process-focused” it felt compared to the more intense coding-only interviews.
