Salesforce Software Engineer interview experience

After I submitted that, I had a phone interview with HR.

Then I moved into two team-member interviews. Depending on the team and role fit, those interviews could be technical or non-technical, but the structure was still basically the same: two conversations with team members after the HR screen.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. What stuck with me was how much weight the home assignment carried early on, and how the later steps varied by interviewer focus rather than staying purely coding-based.
