Salesforce Software Engineer interview experience

The conversation started with me discussing my experience, and then I was asked to describe a specific project I’d worked on.

After that, I was also asked to talk through my previous roles and what I’d done in them. It felt more like a focused conversation than a coding-style evaluation.

Difficulty-wise it was described as average, and that matched how I felt going in and coming out. I didn’t receive an offer from that stage, but the round itself was straightforward and centered on storytelling about my work.
