I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an easy overall process in mid-April 2021 and ended up getting a verbal offer quickly.

Recruiter phone call (resume + quick Q&A) — we walked through my resume experience, I answered pre-set questions about MVC without heavy coding, and I also asked questions.
Phone call with manager and devs — a 45-minute conversation to go deeper on fit and my background.
Verbal offer follow-up — shortly after the call, the recruiter reached out with the offer. Outcome: Verbal offer; the process was collaborative and fast once the team understood my experience and communication.
