My process started with a written test tied to audit, followed by an English test.

Right after finishing the written work, I had an interview immediately, which was a lot to switch into on the spot. The interview was conducted in both English and Indonesian.

Most of what we covered was connected to my education and professional experience—my previous roles, what my responsibilities were, and the skills I’d gained from them. It felt fairly grounded in my background rather than abstract problem-solving. I didn’t get an offer, but I left feeling like they were verifying details from what I’d already put forward.
