For the graduate scheme, the process began with numeracy testing, then moved into a job simulation.

After that, I joined a virtual assessment centre that included a group task and an individual interview.

Later, there was an in-person assessment centre too, with more group work and a chat with a director. It felt like a fairly full process rather than just conversation, with multiple formats pulling together different sides of assessment. I didn’t get an offer, and the main thing I took from it was how varied the steps were—less about one interview and more about sustained performance across the day(s).
