What stood out to me was how human the process felt.

During the rounds for graduates, I dealt with a student recruiter who was genuinely helpful and kind, and the overall vibe never turned cold or overly formal. The final interview was with two RSM employees, and they were also very pleasant, which made the experience feel less like a grilling and more like a structured conversation.

The process itself fit the standard graduate pattern, but the people involved made it smoother than I expected. I didn’t receive an offer, yet I still felt good about how I was treated and how comfortable the last step was.
