The process moved in stages where I had about a week to complete each step.

The SJT felt fairly standard, with a few practice papers being enough to get me comfortable with the style of questions. The video interview questions also weren’t overly difficult, as long as I was ready to talk about myself clearly.

Overall, it didn’t feel like a complex gauntlet—more like a guided sequence of assessments. I didn’t get an offer, but the structure made it easier to follow than some processes I’ve seen.
