RSM took well over three months to finish the full interview process, and the timeline became its own kind of challenge.

I consistently had to reach out just to get clarity on the next steps, and it felt like my own time wasn’t being treated with the same urgency as the process.

The difficulty wasn’t described as technical in the feedback I had, but the length and the constant follow-ups made the overall experience hard. I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the biggest takeaway was that a prolonged process that requires repeated chasing can outweigh everything that happens during the interviews themselves.
