My experience felt very AI-driven and a bit impersonal.

The process was clear and efficient, but the communication often read like it had been reviewed or generated rather than written by a real person, and I often didn’t get replies even after reaching out.

Even though it was structured, that lack of responsiveness was genuinely disappointing. I didn’t receive an offer, and I left with the impression that the process didn’t feel human enough during the communication parts.
