Philadelphia, PAPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first round included two 30-minute behavioural interviews, but I also had a short 15-minute session with a current associate.

That associate didn’t really interview me; it was more of a chance to learn about the role and what the experience was like.

The actual interviews were very conversational, and it didn’t feel like there was a lot of pre-prepared structure or heavy grilling. I was also able to ask plenty of questions, which made the whole round feel more like an exchange than a test. I didn’t get an offer, but the tone made it easier to be myself.
