The scheduling experience was the main thing I remember.

I was effectively overlooked—when I finally reached out, the recruiter spoke to me in a rude manner and told me that a candidate had already been selected. The timing felt especially frustrating because moments earlier the same person had asked whether I could come to Paris.

It didn’t feel like there was any real chance to continue the process cleanly, and I ended up not receiving the position. Overall, it left me with a very negative impression of how seriously they were taking the coordination, even though the interview itself never really got going.
