My interview journey started with an aptitude and coding test, then moved into technical and managerial rounds.

Those later rounds focused on problem-solving, how I communicated, and whether I showed the kind of readiness consulting requires.

Most of what they cared about, at least from my perspective, was how I handled communication rather than just whether I could produce the right answer quickly. I didn’t get an offer, but it felt like a cohesive sequence designed to see if I could think and explain under different styles of questioning.
