RSM Consultant interview experience

There were group exercises designed to test different capabilities, and I also had an English text synthesis task. Alongside that, there was a test in accounting.

It felt like a concentrated assessment rather than a traditional set of one-on-one interviews. I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest impression I had was how many different skills they tried to evaluate in such a short window.
