The process I experienced was simple and staged.

After I applied, I was invited to come to the company, then I had an HR interview followed by a technical interview. After that, the expectation was that I’d be hired.

The only important caveat I was aware of was that the position I applied for would be closed after having interviews. That created a sense of urgency around the timeline and the decision.

I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, my reflection was that the process was direct and easy to understand: HR first, technical second, then a hiring decision, with the additional pressure that the role might close quickly.
