Qcells Software Engineer interview experience

It started with a phone screening focused on company fit, then moved to an interview with department leadership where the emphasis was on my experience and what I knew. The last step was with upper management, where the theme was team fit.

It felt like a clean funnel—fit first, then depth on experience, and finally a higher-level check of how I would fit with the team.
