Qcells Software Engineer interview experience

The recruiter was clear and concise and asked questions that matched what I’d expect from a screening process. Then the second round shifted to managers, where the conversation was a heavier mix of behavioral questions and some technical questions.

Even though the topics weren’t “basic,” the overall tone stayed pleasant, and nothing felt needlessly complicated. I left with the sense that they were looking for how I think and communicate, not just whether I could hit a narrow set of technical buzzwords.
