Qcells Software Engineer interview experience

It began with three rounds total, and each one had a distinct feel.

The first was a short HR conversation (around 15 minutes). After that came a longer panel interview (about 40 minutes), and the final stage was with the head of department. Across the process, the HR contact was friendly and helpful, which kept things from feeling overly stressful even as the timeline dragged out.
