My recruiter phase started with an interview that seemed to go well, and then the timeline turned into a grind.

Over several days, I felt strung along and made to jump through a lot of hoops, including a time-consuming take-home assignment. The hiring-manager step went well, and then I also interviewed with a director of DS, which also went well.

After all of that, I heard nothing—no update, no rejection, just silence. It felt especially bad because the process required a serious time commitment while leaving me completely without closure. The lack of a basic professional response colored the whole experience, and I didn’t feel good about continuing with the company after that.
