Qcells Software Engineer interview experience

The questions were largely based on my resume and experience, and there were also some technical questions mixed in. What stood out was that even the engineer seemed unsure about what the next steps would be after the call.

Afterward, I sent a thank-you email, and I was told I’d get an update the following week. That week came and went with no response. I followed up again with more emails, but they were ignored.

Ultimately, I didn’t get an offer, and the experience left me frustrated mainly because the process felt unclear and the follow-up communication completely stalled.
