My first step was an online Hirevue-style assessment with interactive “little games,” then it moved into a longer online assessment center.

The assessment center ran for about half a day, and everything was done online.

The process felt quick end to end, and I remember them informing me of the result quickly as well. Difficulty landed around average overall—more like an evaluation of how I performed in an online format rather than a single tough technical gauntlet. What stayed with me most was how fast they communicated after the assessment.
