The internship application process took a long time, and it felt deliberately multi-stage.

First there was an online application form, then I moved into online tests. After that, the final step was an online virtual assessment day.

By the time I reached the last part, I was mentally worn out by the waiting and the length of the overall sequence, but the structure was clear enough to follow. I remember thinking it was one of those processes where you can’t assume you’ll hear back quickly between steps.

Even without getting an offer, I felt like it was worth pushing through because each stage was substantial—the tests and the virtual assessment day weren’t just checkbox steps.
