Principal Financial Group Business Analyst interview experience

I had to post a video describing my resume, and it stressed me out more than I expected. Once that was done, the actual interview itself felt standard, more straightforward and closer to what I was comfortable with.

Even with a normal interview experience, I didn’t progress because there was a hiring freeze at the time. Waiting for the decision after doing the video submission left me frustrated, because everything felt like it went fine, but timing outside of my control shut it down.
