Principal Financial Group Business Analyst interview experience

My initial interview was basically a set of about 11 prompts I answered on my own time by submitting a video response for each one. It felt a little like being on the clock even though I was recording, and I remember thinking the format was unusual compared to typical live screens.

About a day later, I joined a second-round video conference that lasted around an hour and included three people. The whole process took roughly two to three weeks end to end. The vibe was upbeat and I genuinely enjoyed it, walking away feeling excited about the possibility of working there.
