Principal Financial Group Business Analyst interview experience

The main emphasis was connecting my experience to the job function, so the conversations kept circling back to how my past work translated into what the role actually needed. The overall tone was pretty chill.

The second round felt less like a formal grilling and more like getting to know me as a person, where my motivations and how I’d work with others came through more naturally. After that, they got back to me with an offer the next day. My overall impression was that it felt straightforward and human, and I liked that it didn’t drag on.
