Principal Financial Group Business Analyst interview experience

I didn’t have a clear idea what was coming next, and I was mainly waiting for an update from the hiring team or the recruiter, expecting the next steps to follow the usual pattern.

I had applied for an analyst role, and my whole mindset going in was about wanting the right opportunity where I could contribute meaningfully. I wasn’t really focused on flashy outcomes so much as making sure I was being considered for the kind of role that matched where I could be useful. The lack of clarity on updates made the experience feel unfinished, but my motivation throughout stayed sincere.
