I went through three face-to-face rounds that felt like they were stacked in a deliberate order.

The first interview was a techno-functional discussion, then I moved into a managerial round, and the last part was HR.

After the interviews ended, I was kept waiting by HR for about a month before they got back to me. When the call finally came, they extended an offer that I couldn’t refuse. The long pause after the interviews was the surprising part, but getting the offer made the whole stretch feel worth it.
