My earlier Plaid interview process felt pretty efficient even though it still had a lot of steps.

It started with an intro, then I had two interviews. After that, there was a deep case study where I built a deck.

Once that was done, I went through three more 30-minute interviews, and then there was a close-out with the hiring manager. The structure stayed consistent, and I never felt like the process was drifting.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I walked away feeling like the time I spent was intentional. Even with the result being a no, the overall flow felt organized and purposeful.
