Boston, MAPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I thought the screening would be straightforward, but I didn’t make it past the phone screen.

That outcome was honestly hard to digest because I had a decade of account executive performance behind me.

The process itself felt like it went by without any clear issues on my side, which made the rejection feel odd. It wasn’t the kind of result I expected from such a well-known organization.

I didn’t get an offer, and my reflection was mostly about how surprising and anticlimactic the end felt. The lack of clarity around why I wasn’t moving forward left me questioning what they were optimizing for at that early stage.
