My process started with a behavioral interview over the phone, and it was followed by a formal Zoom meeting.

The flow felt structured and intentional from the beginning.

I didn’t run into any major hiccups during the conversations, but I also didn’t make it through to the final round. The experience ended up being shorter than I’d hoped, and I was disappointed that the final stage never happened for me.

I didn’t get an offer, but I appreciated the way they kept the format clear—behavioral first, then a more formal discussion on Zoom. Still, the final result was a miss for me, so I left knowing the process itself wasn’t the problem—just the fit.
