I thought the process was straightforward and the recruiter did a great job setting expectations.

The recruiting team provided helpful information ahead of time and stayed available for ad hoc questions. The process itself felt organized rather than chaotic.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but the conversations left me with a positive overall impression. The recruiter indicated they’d be flexible around compensation once it reached offer stage, which gave the process some clarity and trust.

My main takeaway was that communication mattered here—everyone I interacted with felt supportive and transparent, even though I didn’t make it to the end.
