My process included a call with the HR manager, followed by an interview with the data team lead.

Then I had an assessment, and after that I interviewed with another team lead based in the US. There was also a personality test, and then a final interview with the senior director of the department.

What I remember most was that HR supported me throughout and helped me get through the whole sequence. I could ask questions at different points, and the responses came back with only a brief delay, so it didn’t feel like I was waiting indefinitely. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process coordination felt solid.
