I started with an aptitude test that split time between math questions and equity questions.

After I was shortlisted, the interviews moved quickly into three separate rounds: first with an operating team, then with a team lead, and finally with HR.

The earlier test set the tone—it felt like they cared about both quantitative thinking and finance-specific concepts. By the time I reached the interview rounds, the questions felt more like assessments of how I’d communicate and fit into how the teams operate. The overall difficulty seemed moderate, but the sequence was clear and structured.
