Seattle, WAPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got scheduled for a phone interview, but it didn’t start smoothly.

The interviewer had to reschedule last minute and then called later than expected. When we finally connected, they were in the car and didn’t sound fully focused on the conversation.

I still went through the discussion, but the whole experience felt off and I didn’t end up continuing through the process. The surprising part was how much the pacing and attention affected how the conversation landed for me.
